📋 Description

• Provide administrative, reporting, contractual, and financial support for investigative-site payments • Manage end-to-end site payment processing accurately and on time • Generate payment requests and track payment status • Manage invoice data in Veeva Clinical • Collaborate with CTM on fee schedule setup using standardized templates • Align fee schedules with study-specific visits, procedures, and payment triggers • Process payments based on study milestones, including site close-out or termination • Compile data and resolve issues and risks • Ensure adherence to contractual guidelines and country regulations

🎯 Requirements

• High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent • Relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Bachelor's degree preferred • Technical positions may require a certificate • At least 1 year of previous relevant experience • Excellent organizational skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Affinity for numbers and cost figures • Accuracy and attention to detail when operating with data • Fluency in English • Working experience in Clinical Operations preferred • Professional Training in Business Administration or equivalent
