📋 Description

• Supervise technical support staff across Desktop Services, Network Communications, and other IT disciplines • Lead delivery of innovative technology solutions • Drive service excellence through collaborative cross-functional partnerships • Develop the team and manage performance • Implement technical solutions that meet critical business needs • Ensure service levels are maintained • Provide strategic direction to the team • Maintain strong relationships with organizational stakeholders • Contribute to Thermo Fisher Scientific’s mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in leadership supervising technical staff • Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, desktop services, or network communications • Demonstrated project management and service delivery experience • Excellence in team development and performance management • Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work various shifts as required • Experience with IT service level management and quality metrics • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience in flexible work arrangements • Travel may be required • Physical ability to perform computer work for extended periods • Proficiency with various computer software applications • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities • Ability to adapt to changing conditions • Excellent attendance and reliability record
