📋 Description

• Lead the redesign of our user onboarding and cross-platform experience across mobile and web applications • Focus on creating a seamless, consistent, and intuitive workflow across platforms while improving usability, engagement, and overall user satisfaction • Leverage AI-assisted design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and iteration • Collaborate closely with engineering to deliver high-quality, implementable design specifications • Conduct user journey mapping, interaction modeling, and usability improvements • Use AI-assisted tools (e.g. Fima AI, Uizard, Galileo, or similar) for rapid wireframes and prototypes and exploratory design options • Automate UI variants and ideation • Deliver clear, detailed design specs and assets for engineering implementation • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure accurate execution • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile and web applications • Experience with designing B2B and B2C Sass platforms • Strong portfolio demonstrating onboarding, workflow, and cross-platform design • Proficiency with Figma and modern AI-powered design tools • Experience designing for integrated systems, multi-step workflows, or complex products • Experience designing dashboards or workflow-driven applications • Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI design • Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive layouts • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate design into technical specs • Experience collaborating with engineering teams in agile environments.
