📋 Description

• Lead Workday HCM implementations and configurations based on internal requirements. • Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications. • Configure Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking. • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data migration. • Provide end-user training and develop system documentation. • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support post-implementation. • Ensure compliance with HR policies and data security standards. • Stay current with Workday updates and recommend enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM • Proven track record of successful Workday implementations • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. • Experience with Workday tools like EIB, Report Writer. • Familiarity with data migration and integration techniques. • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of localization and compliance requirements across regions.
