📋 Description

• Lead and oversee strategic transformation initiatives across business functions • Establish program structures, governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and execution standards • Manage multiple concurrent projects within the transformation portfolio • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and critical decisions across programs • Ensure transformation objectives align with business strategy • Develop and maintain PMO governance processes, tools, templates, and reporting standards • Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and status reporting • Provide portfolio-level visibility into program health, resource utilization, budget, and KPIs • Drive accountability across workstreams and stakeholders • Collaborate with senior leaders, business teams, IT, operations, finance, HR, and external partners • Serve as a trusted advisor to program sponsors and leadership teams • Influence decision-making and drive alignment across competing priorities • Facilitate communication across all levels of the organization • Support organizational change management activities • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices • Promote standardized project management methodologies and tools • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement • Monitor program budgets, forecasts, and resource plans • Identify and mitigate delivery risks and escalations proactively • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and governance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations, or related field • 8–12+ years of experience in PMO, program management, transformation, or strategic initiatives • Proven experience independently leading large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation programs • Strong understanding of project/program management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in matrix organizations • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
