📋 Description
• Manage studies to ensure project deliverables and targets are met • Liaise with internal teams to provide payment status updates • Train study teams on site payment processes • Generate reports for study-level KPIs and metrics • Attend internal team meetings and provide updates on payment statuses • Mentor and train junior team members
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • 2+ years’ relevant experience • Good organizational and negotiation skills • Solid attention to detail • Capable of handling multiple time sensitive tasks efficiently • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, CTMS, EDC or financial systems • Experience with CRFs • Effective communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage • Capable of extracting pertinent information from study documentation
