• Create, activate, maintain, close, and archive studies within CRG’s clinical systems • Support study teams with customized template creation, study access management, and study maintenance • Coordinate and/or lead meetings with study teams to finalize study creation, activation, closure, and/or archival • Ensure allocated tasks are performed accurately, consistently, on time, within budget, and to a high standard • Maintain accurate, consistent, and current records in relevant tracking systems • Record key study-related communications • Undertake projects, assignments, data entry, data quality review, and other administrative tasks according to business needs • Provide central administrative services to clinical study teams
• High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification • Technical positions may require a certificate • Previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, comparable to at least 2 years • Ability to work in a team or independently as required • Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively • Good customer focus • Ability to reprioritize workload to meet changing priorities and timelines • Good English language and grammar skills • Familiarity with CRG’s business systems and good computer skills • Good judgment, decision making, escalation, and risk management skills • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills • Ability to work in high-pressure environments requiring intense concentration • Constant visual and mental attention to detail • Ability to multitask continuously • Frequent interaction with clients and associates • Occasionally able to work long and varied hours • Willingness to travel and work rotating shifts on rare occasions • Exposure to toxic materials on rare occasions
