📋 Description

• Coordinates, oversees and completes functions on assigned trial(s). • Performs file reviews and documents findings. • Ensures allocated tasks are performed on time and within budget. • Provides system support and ensures system databases are current. • Analyzes and reconciles study metrics and assists with findings related to site documentation. • Maintains knowledge of SOPs and current regulatory guidelines. • Supports start-up team in Regulatory submissions. • Works directly with sites to obtain necessary documents. • Documents communication and follow up with site contacts. • Trains new personnel in processes and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification. • Bachelor's degree preferred. • Previous experience (0 to 1 year) or equivalent experience considered sufficient. • Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail. • Ability to work in a team or independently. • Demonstrated ability to effectively analyze project-specific data/systems. • Must possess strong customer focus and good English language skills. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). • Ability to successfully complete the organization's clinical training program.
