• Coordinate and facilitate project activities • Perform internal, country and investigator file reviews • Communicate risks to project leads • Support maintenance of study specific documentation • Provide system support (i.e. GoBalto & eTMF) • Process documents sent to Client (e)TMF • Support scheduling of client and/or internal meetings • Analyze and reconcile study metrics and findings reports
• High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Bachelor's degree preferred • Previous experience of at least 4 years • Ability to work in a team or independently • Strong organizational skills • Proven ability to analyze project-specific data • Strong customer focus • Excellent English language and grammar skills
