📋 Description

• Direct, coordinate, and manage technical and operational aspects of projects • Ensure successful completion of clinical trials within agreed timelines and budget • Lead clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies • Collaborate with project manager and clinical management team • Develop clinical tools and maintain documentation • Regularly communicate with the clinical team and lead meetings • Monitor clinical trials to assess performance and ensure compliance • Prepare and review clinical activity timelines and provide updates • Coordinate start-up activities and ensure document quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Previous experience comparable to 5+ years • Strong leadership skills and effective mentoring • Strong planning and interpersonal skills • Solid understanding of change management principles • Comprehensive understanding of clinical monitoring practices • Strong judgment, decision making, and risk leadership skills • Effective oral and written communication skills in English • Strong financial competence and knowledge of budgeting • Strong computer skills with office applications • Ability to independently handle clinical studies
