📋 Description

• Support critical sales operations initiatives that enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer • Support cross-functional teams in managing contract proposals, tender submissions, and budget processes with meticulous attention to detail • Coordinate sales activities, from initial opportunity identification through contract execution, while partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery against deadlines • Create positive impact by optimizing processes, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights that drive business growth and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, no prior experience required • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, QAD) preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail • Strong organizational and project management capabilities with focus on meeting deadlines • Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to accuracy and quality control • Professional fluency in English required; additional language skills valued • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and process improvement mindset • Strong customer service orientation with focus on building collaborative relationships • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity
