• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements across company operations • Provide contract review, drafting, and negotiation support to the Legal Function team • Manage the contract lifecycle • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements • Protect company interests while facilitating critical business relationships • Collaborate with cross-functional legal professionals, teams, and business units • Manage multiple projects under deadlines • Apply analytical skills and business understanding to contract matters
• Advanced Degree with no prior experience required, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in contract administration, drafting, and negotiation • Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Law, or related field • Professional certifications in contract management a plus • Demonstrated expertise in reviewing and analyzing commercial agreements and legal documents • Strong understanding of contract law principles and risk management • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence stakeholders • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel • Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and enterprise software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities • Ability to manage multiple projects under deadline • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal • Knowledge of government contracting and FAR compliance preferred • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or technology industries a plus • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and business units • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating sound judgment • Travel may be required
