📋 Description
• lead the legal team to implement Company goals and protect investments across DPD-EU/APAC • work with business leaders to set legal and regulatory strategies • develop strategies for resolving contractual disputes • explore continual process improvement for efficient legal support • select and manage external counsel, vendors and advisors as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree and JD from an accredited law school • member in good standing with the bar; licensed to practice law • 5 years’ in-house experience in global operating companies involving life sciences or pharmaceuticals • experienced people leader • ability to navigate sophisticated and ambiguous environments • outstanding oral and written communications skills • strong sense of ethics and integrity • fluent in English (written and spoken)
