📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, vision, and execution of flagship digital capabilities • Define and deliver scalable, user-centric digital solutions for Analytical Services Division • Align product roadmaps with business objectives • Conduct market analysis and voice-of-customer research • Translate complex requirements into detailed product specifications • Lead agile product development cycles • Ensure precise execution with engineering, UX/UI, and scientific stakeholders • Drive integration strategies across systems and platforms • Champion intuitive, high-impact user experiences • Collaborate with business leaders, quality, regulatory, and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree in healthcare, life sciences, computer science, business, or related field preferred • Previous product management experience delivering complex digital software solutions • 12+ years’ experience in clinical research, laboratory services, life sciences, or other regulated industries • 2+ years of people leadership experience • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to drive digital innovation • Deep understanding of full product lifecycle management • Prior experience with laboratory operations and systems (LIMS, ELN) • Proven success leading cross-functional teams in large, matrixed organizations • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience applying AI/ML concepts within data-intensive environments preferred • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
