📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end event planning and execution • Manage and support supplier bookings and participation • Manage vendor relationships and negotiations • Oversee event logistics, ensuring flawless execution • Manage delegate registration and participation • Coordinate and influence internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels • Coordinate internal and external communications • Coordinate website and app development related to events • Anticipate attendee needs and deliver engaging, memorable experiences with exceptional attendee satisfaction • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery • Conduct post-event analysis and reporting to measure success and identify areas for improvement • Ensure the company vision is consistently reflected in event themes and execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in planning and executing large-scale international events • Strong project management experience with ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks in time-sensitive situations • Demonstrated experience managing event budgets, financial reporting, and vendor negotiation capabilities • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Cvent event management platform • Full professional proficiency in English required; proficiency in an additional EU language is advantageous • Customer-driven approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional attendee experiences • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a complex, matrixed environment while adapting to changing priorities and ambiguity • Strong analytical skills with experience in post-event analysis, reporting, and implementing improvements • Effective stress management techniques • Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently while managing multiple priorities • Willingness and ability to travel within the EU up to 30% of the time
