📋 Description

• Provide specialized product support for South Italy • Install and integrate products and configure analytical parameters • Configure IT components and connect solutions to Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) • Train customers in optimal instrument usage and demonstrate platform capabilities • Provide timely remote-access and technical support to customers and colleagues • Conduct cross-functional technical investigations and resolve complaints • Carry out corrective interventions • Participate in technical product discussions • Complete accurate service reports in Service CRM • Maintain accurate records of customer kit usage • Provide feedback to global product teams on instrument reliability and quality • Deliver installation and maintenance training to end users • Support and sponsor middleware products using knowledge of sample rules • Work in clinical and hospital laboratories

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Immunology and/or Biochemistry, or equivalent or a related field experience • Significant experience in an applications role or in a medical diagnostics laboratory • Proven IT skills for laboratory middleware management • Strong technical competence and problem-solving abilities • Ability to deliver technical presentations • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills • Proficiency in English and Italian, written and verbal • Availability to travel at short notice and occasionally work weekends/unsociable hours • 75–85% of working time in the field • Full driving license
