• Deliver service activities for clinical-market Microarray (Affymetrix), PCR, and qPCR instruments • Install, repair, maintain, and validate instruments • Provide telephone support, diagnostics, and on-site customer services • Promote contract products • Build and maintain professional customer relationships and resolve critical issues • Manage company assets, including inventory, tools, software, and vehicles • Coordinate service planning and scheduling with relevant partners • Report service activities accurately and promptly • Align customer-site activities with other Thermo Fisher Scientific teams and share customer information
• Professional background in Electronics, Molecular Biology, Engineering, or related subjects • Minimum of 1–5 years of experience servicing analytical equipment or equivalent applications specialist experience • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate across levels, functions, and regions • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, especially in clinical and medical markets • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills • Proficiency in PC skills • Valid driving license • Willingness to travel mainly within Comunidad de Madrid, Castilla La Mancha, Andalucía, and Comunidad Valenciana, plus the rest of Iberia territory including the Canary Islands • Ability to travel internationally across EMEA and the US for training or special calls • Proficiency in English, verbal and written
