• Coordinating and managing the final quality of assigned translations to ensure a high quality standard • Running language assets, e.g. translation memories, terminology and style guides • Performing occasional linguistic tasks including initial translation, revision, client feedback implementation • Performing quality checks on clinical translations (ICFs, protocols, IBs, patient diaries, etc.) • Developing and maintaining terminology and style guides for the language • Ensuring Spanish Latam translation memories are updated • Setting and executing linguistic quality assurance process for the assigned language globally as required • Using CAT technology to monitor quality of outsourced language translations and external suppliers • Analyzing language quality issues and working on any quality improvement plans with project management team
• Bachelor's degree in translations, linguistics or language studies with significant translation studies from a recognized higher education institution • Native Language: Spanish – Argentinian variant preferred • CAT/TMS Tool Experience Required • Proven Terminology and TM experience required • Proven skills of multi-tasking, time management, organization, and attention to detail • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Proficiency in MS Office suite
