📋 Description

• Ensure weekly EHR data updates for existing Vestrum panel physicians. • Integrate new panel members from existing EMR systems. • Lead the data integrations, ETL process, and database operations based per collaborators requirement. • Maintain and improve existing integrations while adding new EMR integrations. • Continue to improve automated quality assurance functions to validate incoming data and ensure data is loaded into the warehouse accurately. • Normalize various EMR data into Data Warehouse and analytical database. • Maintain mapping tables for use by analysts (physicians, drugs, dosage forms and strengths, etc.). • Link and transform patient activity data into standardized outputs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification. • Previous roles showcasing the proficiencies necessary to fulfill the job responsibilities (similar to 5+ years’) or an equivalent blend of education, training, & experience. • Proficiency in Python & Pyspark. • Expert level SQL expertise. • Proficiency in SQL server database technologies including SSIS and SSRS. • Proficient in SQL and relational database advancement. • Experience building Cloud BI solutions using AWS. • Experience with Data architecture, scalable data processing framework. • Data Modelling and database building experience. • Experience with validated systems and the clinical industry (preferred).
