• Leads the full spectrum of field based Applications Support functions for HPLC, ICSP, TEA, and DIA product lines across Northern Europe • Responsible for leading the regional Applications team and coordinating all related activities • Planning, initiating, executing, and evaluating initiatives to achieve the goals of each product line—covering sales support, technical consultation, customer engagement, and product-focused training • Acts as a crucial component of the European Applications organization
• Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Understanding of sales processes and systems, including SFDC • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Business-focused with a keen understanding of customer needs • Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize multiple tasks • Direct or matrix management experience preferred • High proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus • Willingness to travel frequently within the region and Europe • Valid driving license required
