📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth by leading Salesforce effectiveness and CRM execution strategy globally. • Work with Commercial Operations director on strategy development & deployment of sales force effectiveness program. • Define guidelines, new tools & technologies to accelerate sales team success. • Help build robust Salesforce.com roadmap in collaboration with Sales, IT and group partners. • Partner strongly with Marketing & Sales Training teams to deliver sales enablement experience. • Continually evaluate and make recommendations on new SFDC-related technologies. • Work closely with Sales Operations to track sales effectiveness strategies & tool utilization. • Set up & maintain commercial operations bowler to supervise effectiveness of the function. • Provide project management & PPI guidance & resources to wider commercial operations & sales teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 8 years + of meaningful work experience • Extensively used and handled salesforce.com, certifications desirable • Consistent track record to assess technology needs, design, and roll out to a large user group with high engagement. • Field or inside sales experience a strong plus
