• Document and maintain end-to-end business processes and data flows using standardized modeling tools • Translate current-state processes into clear visual models • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements • Conduct process and quality assessments • Support small to medium-scale process improvement initiatives • Analyze process data and documentation for operational improvement • Support audit readiness by ensuring accurate process documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, life sciences, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in a comparable role • BPMN/process mapping experience • Experience in regulated environments (GxP, clinical, pharma, etc.) • Ability to translate processes into models + documentation • Hands-on process improvement execution
