📋 Description

• Serve as the project lead and primary sponsor contact • Accountable for overall project delivery, including quality, time, and cost • Establish and communicate customer expectations to the project team • Ensure internal and external escalation pathways are followed • Define responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads when required • Manage project-level financial stewardship, including contract understanding, resource alignment to budget, out-of-scope activity, change management negotiations, and timeline execution • Drive risk identification and issue resolution at project level using RBQM/RESOLVE • Lead cross-functional project teams to meet or exceed deliverables • Ensure project team compliance with policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements • Work in office/laboratory and/or clinical environments with possible exposure to biological fluids, infectious organisms, and electrical office equipment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Previous experience comparable to 8+ years • Minimum 5 years' clinical trial experience • Technical and systems competency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity • Ability to delegate and prioritize own workload and project team members' workloads • Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills • Advanced therapeutic area knowledge and clinical development guidelines and directives • Strong understanding of project management principles covering time, quality, and cost • Solid financial acumen • Interpersonal and customer service skills • Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams • Judgment, decision-making, critical thinking, analytical thinking, and strategic thinking skills • Ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence others • Cross-cultural awareness • Ability to comply with organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements • Personal protective equipment required, including protective eyewear, garments, and gloves
