📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Field Services transformation initiatives • Work collaboratively across multiple business units to drive capability development, operational improvement, and business outcomes • Manage project planning, delivery, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and change management • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organisational objectives • Build strong partnerships across teams • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders • Contribute to strategic decision-making in complex and fast-paced environments • Translate nbn’s regulatory commitments into practical delivery outcomes that enhance workflow efficiency, productivity, and operational performance at scale

🎯 Requirements

• Strong project and program delivery expertise • Ability to lead complex initiatives • Experience managing stakeholder relationships • Ability to drive successful business change • Excellent communication, analysis, problem-solving, and organisational skills • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build effective cross-functional partnerships • Experience across Agile, Waterfall, and Lean delivery methodologies highly regarded • Strengths in project governance, risk and change management, coaching, and capability development highly regarded • Understanding of the telecommunications industry desirable • Knowledge of PMO frameworks desirable • Advanced reporting tools desirable • Ability to interpret nbn’s regulatory commitments and translate them into practical delivery outcomes • Full working rights in Australia • Willingness to work in a permanent, full-time role
