📋 Description

• Lead successful project delivery from initiation through completion • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables • Develop project plans covering timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation • Coordinate cross-functional project teams and clarify roles and responsibilities • Monitor progress, budgets, milestones, risks, and issues • Run regular meetings, track tasks, and follow up on actions • Serve as the primary project communications contact and provide stakeholder updates • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements • Resolve conflicts and conduct project reviews • Facilitate project closure, handover, documentation, and post-project evaluations • Identify and implement process and methodology improvements • Maintain customer satisfaction and apply project best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience coordinating projects, ideally in an MSP environment • Exposure to MFA or IT security projects is a strong advantage • Proven ability to follow up and push tasks to completion • Consistently high customer satisfaction delivery • Strong organisational skills • Excellent attention to detail across all project stages • Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients • Ability to promote collaboration and maintain clear communication • Valid Vulnerable People / Working with Children Check (WWCC) required • Police Check required
