📋 Description

• Lead and manage complex Healthcare IT implementation projects and programs across planning, initiation, analysis, development, configuration, integration, testing, training, deployment, go-live and project closure • Conduct Implementation Planning Studies with customers to define scope, delivery approach and implementation strategy • Establish and manage end-to-end delivery plans and baseline schedules aligned to the Dedalus Work Breakdown Structure • Own project financial performance, including tracking actuals against budget and managing professional services utilisation • Manage project scope, risks, issues and change control in line with contractual obligations and customer expectations • Facilitate structured workshops and decision forums across clinical, operational and technical stakeholders • Ensure robust program governance and internal and external project status reporting • Coordinate integration activities, data migration strategies and deployment readiness across delivery workstreams • Deliver large-scale digital health transformation programs across Australia and New Zealand

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics or related discipline • Minimum 5 years project or program delivery experience • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale enterprise software implementations • Experience leading complex healthcare IT or digital transformation programs • Strong experience working with clinical and operational healthcare stakeholders • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary delivery teams • Experience managing large program schedules, dependencies and governance structures • Ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous delivery environments • PRINCE2, PMBOK, MSP or equivalent project management certification desirable • Experience delivering programs using structured or hybrid delivery models desirable • Advanced experience using MS Project, Excel, Jira, Confluence or similar desirable
