📋 Description

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical and scientific support to customers • Deliver product demonstrations and hands-on customer training • Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting assistance • Support customers with qPCR technologies and applications • Assist customers with data analysis, experimental design, and method development • Adapt technical support and communication to different customer profiles and requirements • Collaborate closely with sales teams and cross-functional partners to support customers and business objectives • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships • Travel regularly to support customers, with willingness to travel 50% or more

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field • 2+ years of relevant hands-on laboratory experience • Hands-on experience with qPCR technologies and applications • Experience with data analysis, experimental design, and method development • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant scientific software • Clear scientific and technical communication and presentation skills • Ability to adapt to different customer profiles and needs • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams • Good commercial insight and attitude • Effective organization, prioritization, and time management skills • Adaptability and willingness to learn • Fluent French and professional proficiency in written and spoken English • Valid driver's license • Willingness to travel 50%–75% or more • Experience with dPCR technologies and applications is a plus • Experience in technical training, customer support, or troubleshooting is a plus • Additional relevant certifications are a plus
