• Lead, administer, and monitor multiple complex projects from initiation through delivery. • Work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment to deliver project solutions within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost. • Establish effective relationships as the liaison between the department and the business line customer to provide consultation, guidance, and support to meet business requirements. • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Collaborate with teams from different departments to ensure project objectives are achieved on time. • Address project risks and issues, and create plans to mitigate them. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to team members involved. • Plan and manage budget and forecasts associated with technology projects. • Conduct thorough project evaluations to ensure quality and efficiency. • Proactively manage and report on project health status including scope, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. • Previous experience in leading large-scale IT projects (8+ years). • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. • Experience with SDLC, Agile, SaaS required • Experience with managing large budgets • Experience with CapEx v OpEx is preferred • PMP and Agile certifications preferred. • Pharma or CRO experience is required • GxP compliance experience is required
