📋 Description

• Join our team as a Senior Manager of Demand Planning and play an important role in advancing our supply chain excellence. • You'll lead and develop a team of demand planners while serving as a key advisor on customer demand plans and forecasting. • In this position, you'll collaborate across functions to optimize inventory management, improve forecast accuracy, and strengthen customer relationships. • Working closely with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Support teams, you'll develop and implement effective demand planning strategies that ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction. • You'll lead SIOP/IBP processes, implement improvement initiatives, and use data analytics to make informed decisions that impact our operations. • This role offers the opportunity to enhance our supply chain processes while contributing to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in supply chain with demonstrated expertise in demand planning and forecasting • Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field • Supply Chain certifications (APICS, CPIM) highly valued • 3+ years of people management experience leading and developing teams preferred • Comprehensive knowledge in demand/supply planning, preferably in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical industries • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with statistical forecasting, CRM concepts, and inventory optimization • Demonstrated success in process improvement and change management • Thorough understanding of data analysis and interpretation • Leadership capabilities with success influencing across organizations • Effective communication and presentation skills • Experience in GMP or regulated environments preferred • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders • Project management capabilities managing multiple concurrent initiatives • Willingness to travel (10-15% including international) • Knowledge of SIOP/IBP processes and best practices • Experience with budget and revenue management • Problem-solving skills with ability to address complex situations • History of improving forecast accuracy and meeting business objectives
