• Lead the cross-functional project team to deliver quality and accuracy in clinical trials • Collaborate with functional area leads to identify issues and implement solutions • Serve as the primary contact between sponsors and the organization at the project level • Drive overall project delivery including time, cost, and quality • Manage projects of increasing complexity with financial stewardship • Ensure project team compliance with organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory and project specific requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification • Previously demonstrated Global Trial Project Management experience including a specialty in Non-Interventional Trial Management • Comprehensive therapeutic area knowledge, clinical development guidelines and directives and regulatory guidelines • Expert knowledge of the key principles of cross functional project management (Time, Quality, Cost) • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills • Technical and systems competency, such as effective use of applications like Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong financial acumen with knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and resource management • Ability to coach, mentor and lead global and/or cross-functional teams with cultural awareness
