• Prepare and negotiate contracts and budgets • Finalize the contract process • Liaise and establish effective relationships with sites and internal functional teams • Ensure quality, objectivity, and risk analysis in the delivery of contracts • Draft, review, negotiate and finalize agreements with study sites • Negotiate investigator grant budgets and contractual terms • Ensure compliance to negotiation parameters and client expectations • Offer suggestions for contract negotiations and address blocking issues • Coordinate with internal functional departments to align site startup activities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Ability to apply principles of investigator grant negotiation • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese • Ability to work independently or in a team environment • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
