📋 Description
• Provide SEM/SDB /TEM/EFA instruments services, including installation, basic training, preventative maintenance, repair and compliance services. • Contribute to high-value service related procedures and documents. • Work closely with other departments to enhance customer experience. • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers in assigned territory. • Help Service Sales Representative on service orders.
🎯 Requirements
• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Mechanics, Materials science, Biology or other fields. • Typically requires hands on technical experience for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and calibrating complex analysis tools such as SEM, TEM, FIB , EMMI, Nano prober or similar systems. Electron microscope experience is preferred. Fresh graduated can also be considered. • Experience on troubleshooting and repairing ultra-high vacuum and high voltage systems is highly desired. • Excellent interpersonal communication skills. • Proven track record to solving complex systems and subsystems down to component level. Able to read and interpret schematics. • Accept travelling on business for a long time. • Good English in communication and writing.
