📋 Description

• Install electron microscopes at customer locations in EMEA by; Supporting the preparation steps of your upcoming assignment • Execute the installation and setup of our sold equipment from move-in to customer acceptance • Work with 3rd party contractors to ensure a smooth installation progress • Give our customers the best possible install experience on their newly installed equipment with clear communication and good technical skills • Collaborate with customers to determine their specific needs and requirements • Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with Thermofisher Scientific colleagues and customers assuring the highest level of customer experience • Offer & seek technical assistance and guidance throughout the installation and operation process with colleagues and supporting departments • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues • Timely and accurate recording of your activities • Document the work done and works according to standard operating procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Installing high-end equipment or a related field (Electron Microscope and / or vacuum knowledge is a pre) • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in mechatronics, mechanical / electrical / electronic, or any equivalent engineering major • Willingness to learn and fast-track your Installation career • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Eager and quick learner with an enthusiastic and hands-on mentality • Highly motivated to go for the goals set and take on the challenge at hand • Able to obtain a valid passport and travel frequently as required up to 80% • Must have a valid driver's license • IT skills in Microsoft Windows and Office environments • Good English language skills in word and writing
