• Coordinates, oversees and completes functions on assigned trials activities • Performs department, Internal, Country and Investigator file reviews • Ensures tasks are performed on time, within budget and to a high quality standard • Supports study specific documentation maintenance and global support with specific systems • Provides system support (i.e. GoBalto & eTMF) • Supports scheduling and organization of client and internal meetings • Reviews and tracks local regulatory documents • Analyzes and reconciles study metrics
• High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent • Bachelor's degree preferred • Previous experience (comparable to at least 4 years) in relevant fields • Ability to work in a team or independently • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proven ability to effectively analyze project-specific data/systems • Strong customer focus • Excellent English language skills and proficient local language skills as needed. • Good presentation skills • Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
