📋 Description

• Pre-sales activities for Contact Center solutions • Gathering and analyzing customer requirements • Preparing responses to RFIs • Preparing responses to RFQs • Preparing responses to public tenders • Delivering technical presentations of Contact Center solutions • Identifying new features and product improvement ideas for Contact Center solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in Contact Center operations (required) • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field • Pre-sales experience with Voice and Contact Center software solutions (preferred) • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems • Experience with databases • Knowledge of Voice over IP (VoIP) • Knowledge of IP networks and protocols • Experience with scripting tools • Experience coordinating or managing projects in the Contact Center or telecommunications sector (preferred) • Fluency in English • Willingness to travel
