📋 Description

• Develop scalable, repeatable, and extensible HubSpot system architectures • Technical scoping and consulting for client projects (PreSales & Delivery) • Implementation of HubSpot solutions: CRM setups, workflows, lead management, dashboards • Design and technical oversight of middleware/API integrations with third-party systems • Creation of mapping documentation, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications • Support for complex troubleshooting, 2nd-/3rd-level support, and QA • Coaching project team consultants on technical standards and best practices • Technical contributions to the further development of our service products and go-to-market offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with HubSpot (CRM, Sales/Marketing/Service Hubs) • Solid understanding of API structures, data models, and automations • Proven experience in the technical implementation of complex integrations • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts (internal & client-facing) • Experience with tool ecosystems in a B2B SaaS or Professional Services context • Fluent in German and English • Willingness to travel (up to 2 trips per quarter)
