📋 Description
• Represent clients in business and real estate disputes, including contract, partnership, and property-related litigation • Conduct discovery, depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy • Provide strategic legal advice and develop litigation strategies tailored to client needs • Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed attorney in Idaho • 8–10 years of experience in civil litigation, with emphasis on business and real estate matters • Strong trial, negotiation, and client management skills • Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment
