📋 Description
• Advise clients on a wide range of real estate transactions and property matters • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, and leases • Address title, zoning, and land use issues • Represent clients in disputes, negotiations, and litigation as needed • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver timely, high-quality service
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed attorney in New Mexico • 8–10 years of experience in real estate law • Expertise in both transactional real estate and related dispute resolution • Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment
