📋 Description
• Represent clients in business and real estate disputes, including contract, partnership, and property-related litigation. • Conduct discovery, depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy. • Provide strategic legal advice and develop litigation strategies tailored to client needs. • Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions. • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed attorney in Idaho. • 8–10 years of experience in civil litigation, with emphasis on business and real estate matters. • Strong trial, negotiation, and client management skills. • Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment.
