📋 Description

• Responsible for gathering, synthesizing and analyzing insights related to key customers. • Conduct innovative primary qualitative, quantitative research and data analysis to capture deep customer insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about transforming Healthcare customer engagement. • Strong analytical thinkers. • Deep subject matter expertise in customer insight generation related to engagement strategy in Life Sciences. • Thought leaders with a strong service orientation. • Strong executers capable of managing programs independently. • Relevant prior experiences include established independent consulting practice, proven experience in a Researcher or Insights specialist role, track record of designing insights programs, demonstrated subject matter expertise in digital and multi-channel engagement in Health, strong client consultation skills, analytical thinker with organizational skills, solid academic credentials (MBA preferred).
