📋 Description

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls. • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns. • Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction. • Record call details and customer feedback in the system. • Meet performance goals and adhere to call center protocols. • Potentially submit to background/security investigations and drug screening as conditions of employment.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Ability to begin work immediately. • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus. • Strong communication and multitasking skills. • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. • Must be willing to submit to drug screening (does not apply in Canada).
