📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. • Meet performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. • Must be willing to submit to drug screening.
