• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism. • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery. • Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
• Must be 18 years or older • High school Diploma/GED • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment. • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Comfortable using multiple software systems simultaneously. • High-speed internet and a distraction-free home office setup. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. • Fluent in English and Spanish
