• Engaging with players through forums, social media, Discord, and other platforms to build a strong and positive community. • Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment, where community guidelines are enforced and concerns are addressed. • Communicating player feedback and community sentiments to internal teams for continuous improvement. • Planning and executing events to enhance player engagement and strengthen the gaming community. • Developing and sharing community-centric content, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates. • Staying informed about gaming trends and community management best practices to continuously improve our community initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience in community management for gaming communities (FPS preferred). • Proven track record in building and managing engaged gaming communities. • Experience planning and executing online, in-game, or in-person events. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player communities. • Experience with Discord, forums, major social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics. • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging community content. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
