• Design high-quality 3D game spaces and large-scale environments • Own entire levels from concept to final implementation • Collaborate closely with environment artists, technical artists, and engineers • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers
🎯 Requirements
• 3–6 years of professional experience in level design • At least one shipped title as a level designer or world designer • Expertise in creating optimized, readable, and visually compelling level layouts • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams • Experience guiding and supporting junior team members
