📋 Description

• Diseñar e implementar arquitecturas basadas en agentes (LLM + Agent Systems) • Construir sistemas con: Orquestación de tareas • Gestión de contexto y memoria • Tool / function calling • Diseño de flujos conversacionales no deterministas basados en IA. • Integración de agentes con: APIs REST • Webhooks • Sistemas corporativos • Plataformas de mensajería (webchat, WhatsApp, etc.) • Desarrollo de soluciones de IA sobre entornos cloud (especialmente GCP / Vertex AI). • Diseño avanzado de prompts: Control de contexto • System instructions • Manejo de ambigüedad y edge cases • Implementación de estrategias para: Reducción de alucinaciones • Evaluación de calidad de respuestas • Mejora de experiencia conversacional • Garantizar calidad del sistema: Escalabilidad • Robustez • Mantenibilidad • Guardrails • Definir sistemas de observabilidad: Logs de conversación • Métricas de calidad • Evaluación continua • Colaborar con equipos técnicos (backend/frontend) y stakeholders de producto.

🎯 Requirements

• Experiencia demostrable como AI Engineer / LLM Engineer • Experiencia práctica trabajando con LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) • Experiencia diseñando sistemas: Basados en agentes (agent-based AI) • Conversacionales avanzados • Conocimientos sólidos en: Prompt Engineering avanzado • Context management • Evaluación y mejora de modelos • Experiencia en integración: APIs REST • Webhooks • Sistemas backend • Experiencia en entornos cloud , preferiblemente: GCP (Vertex AI) • Cloud Functions / Cloud Run • Conocimiento en diseño de arquitecturas escalables y robustas. • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y con criterio técnico. • Orientación a producto y experiencia de usuario.
