📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, test, and deploy solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Develop and maintain functionalities within Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Build and maintain Marketing Cloud assets, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Data Extensions • Manage and resolve incidents and enhancement requests within agreed service levels • Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot issues across Salesforce and Marketing Cloud • Estimate effort and assess technical feasibility and impact of enhancement requests • Apply Salesforce development best practices, including bulkification, governor limits, and security • Conduct code reviews and ensure development quality and maintainability • Participate in regression testing and release and deployment processes • Maintain technical documentation for LWC components and Marketing Cloud automations • Communicate with clients and international delivery teams in English about ticket status, technical approaches, and blockers • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development • Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Solid knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Experience with Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Data Extensions • Knowledge of AMPscript and/or SSJS • Experience working in ticket- and SLA-driven support and maintenance environments • Experience with unit testing, regression testing, and deployment processes • Familiarity with SFDX or CI/CD pipelines • Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills across declarative and code-based Salesforce components • Advanced English level (C1), written and spoken • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills • Salesforce certifications are nice to have, including Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, or Marketing Cloud Email Specialist/Developer • Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect is nice to have • Knowledge of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud integrations is nice to have • Experience with Jira or ServiceNow is nice to have • Experience in AMS environments is nice to have • Experience with international or distributed teams is nice to have • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is nice to have
