📋 Description

• Take technical ownership of the project and provide technical direction to the development team • Make and communicate architectural and technical decisions • Guide the team towards productive and scalable technical solutions • Define and promote software development best practices and standards • Participate in the design and development of solutions using React and Node.js • Ensure technical solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with project requirements • Review technical implementations and provide guidance to development team members • Identify technical risks and propose appropriate solutions • Drive continuous improvement of the development process and technical architecture • Ensure solutions follow current web standards, security practices and performance optimization principles • Evaluate and adopt modern cloud and web architecture patterns where appropriate • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions • Support the team throughout the complete software development lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience • Strong experience with React • Strong experience with Node.js • Proven experience taking technical ownership of projects or development teams • Demonstrable experience making architectural and technical decisions • Experience working on large-scale enterprise projects • Strong practical understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns and architectural principles • Experience with modern web standards and development practices • Knowledge of web performance optimization • Strong understanding of web application security • Knowledge of modern cloud and web architecture patterns • Ability to provide technical guidance and mentor development teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • English: Advanced level (C1) • Valid authorization to work in Spain
