• Provide executive leadership for revenue cycle optimization, Epic implementations, operational transformation, and strategic initiatives across healthcare organizations. • Lead enterprise revenue cycle transformation initiatives, including hospital billing, charge capture, revenue integrity, coding, patient access, reimbursement, and centralized business office operations. • Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and financial improvement. • Direct Epic implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, and post-live optimization efforts. • Manage complex, multidisciplinary programs involving finance, legal, compliance, operations, clinical teams, and information technology.
• Bachelor's degree. • 13+ years of Epic experience. • Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification. • Extensive experience in revenue cycle operations and hospital billing. • Experience leading large-scale Epic implementations and optimization projects. • Program and project management expertise. • Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
