📋 Description

•We are seeking an Ecosystem Growth unicorn to spearhead our hyper-localized strategy—building, educating, and engaging communities of developers who are new to Web3. •You will develop and execute growth initiatives, cultivate relationships with local communities, and champion XION’s mission to transform the developer landscape in crypto. •You will be in the inbound funnel for projects entering the XION ecosystem.

•Multiple years of growth experience •Proven success leading content-driven product teams in high-growth environments. •Understanding of crypto or the ability to quickly adapt to the industry. •Visionary approach to growth, thinking beyond traditional crypto audiences. •Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
